DEC. 13

Summit Young Professionals' First Birthday Celebration: Summit members will celebrate the group's first year from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Sunset Playhouse, 800 Elm Grove Road, Elm Grove. Bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County. Admission is $5 for Brookfield chamber and Summit members with a toy donation or $15 for those without. Nonmembers can attend for $10 and a toy donation or $20 with no donation. Registration is due by Dec. 9.

DEC. 14

ABLE West networking: Members of the West Allis-West Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and Greater Brookfield chambers will meet for networking and breakfast from 7 to 8:30 a.m. at Bluemound Gardens, 11703 W. Bluemound Road. Admission for members costs $14 who register by 5 p.m. Dec. 12 or $18 at the door. Nonmembers can call a participating chamber for pricing.

DEC. 20

"Are You Managing or Leading Your Team to Success?": This Brookfield Business Education Series session runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the University of Phoenix, Milwaukee Campus, 20075 Watertower Blvd., Brookfield. Participants will learn the difference between managing a team vs. leading a team and letting people manage their own activities. Registration with payment is required by Dec. 15. The fee is $25 for Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce members or $35 for nonmembers.

DEC. 27

ABLE South networking: Members of the Wauwatosa, West Allis/West Milwaukee, Greenfield, Greendale, South Suburban and Muskego chambers will meet for lunch and networking from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Klemmer's Banquets, 10401 W. Oklahoma Ave., Greenfield. Admission is $14 in advance or $17 at the door. Call the Wauwatosa Chamber at (414) 453-2330 for information.
