Julie Gaier has been hired as an account executive by The Ritterbusch Group, a marketing firm in Brookfield. Gaier is a former Emmy-award winning television news reporter who worked in various parts of the Midwest for almost two decades.

Bader Rutter & Associates, an integrated marketing services agency in Brookfield, has promoted Jeff Young to president. In his new role, Young will be responsible for day-to-day operational management of Bader Rutter, with an emphasis on integration of internal functions and development of service offerings. Young has been with Bader Rutter for more than 21 years, serving in management roles in the public relations, account management and brand asset management departments.

Robin Kaufmann has been named branch manager of WaterStone Bank's Waukesha/Brookfield Branch. She has been employed by WaterStone since 2004 and held the position of relationship banker for the Pewaukee branch since 2005.
