Tarsus Group has hired Melissa Miller as web marketing manager/IT systems support. She will be based in Tarsus' Brookfield office, which is the home of its OffPrice Show. In her role as web marketing manager/IT systems support, Miller is primarily responsible for search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing, custom marketing list development and website design and development.

Jody Hale has been hired as a financial representative at the New England Financial/The Wisconsin Group in Brookfield.

Julie Gaier has been hired as an account executive by The Ritterbusch Group, a marketing firm in Brookfield. Gaier is a former Emmy-award winning television news reporter who worked in various parts of the Midwest for almost two decades.

Anthony Biondi was hired as an interactive director at Celtic, a full-service marketing communications agency in Brookfield. He previously consulted with Celtic for more than three years.

Bader Rutter & Associates, an integrated marketing services agency in Brookfield, has promoted Jeff Young to president. In his new role, Young will be responsible for day-to-day operational management of Bader Rutter, with an emphasis on integration of internal functions and development of service offerings. Young has been with Bader Rutter for more than 21 years, serving in management roles in the public relations, account management and brand asset management departments.
