McBain, Parker sign letters of intent

Two Brookfield Central seniors signed letters of intent Wednesday to continue their careers at the next level.

Stuart McBain will play soccer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Cole Parker will play football at Concordia University-Minnesota.

McBain was a captain this season, a first-team All Greater Metro Conference selection and an All-State Best of the Rest choice.

Parker, also a team captain, was a first-team All-GMC choice in the line, a first-team NOW Newspapers All-Suburban pick and a second-team Waukesha Freeman choice.

"All of these students have excelled in the classroom as well as in the community," Athletic Director Todd Sobrilsky said. "They have all devoted time and effort to the improvement of Brookfield Central High School as well as community projects. They are just some of the outstanding young leaders of our school and community."
